THE ROLE

As an agent working with us, you will:

  • Convert business leads to active clients;
  • Meet with prospective and current clients to understand their needs and requirements and establish the subsequent course of action;
  • Book property viewing appointments and ensure clients have all the necessary information;
  • Conduct property viewings;
  • Prepare and deliver listing presentations;
  • Regularly meet with management and exchange information;
  • Follow up with clients and deliver bespoke after sales support as necessary.

Realtor Trainee (Non-Licensed) – GTA

THE ROLE

As an agent-trainee working with us, you will:

  • Assist in analyzing and sorting out client leads generated in-house
  • Collaborate with senior licensed agent and meet prospective and current clients to understand their needs and requirements and establish the subsequent course of action;
  • Coordinate with senior licensed agent to book property viewing appointments and ensure clients have all the necessary information;
  • Join the senior licensed agent for property viewings
  • Assist senior licensed agent to prepare and deliver listing presentations;
  • Regularly meet with team leader and management and exchange information;
  • Contact clients to follow up on necessary paperwork.
  • The applicant preferably has a Marketing or Sales or IT background.
  • This is a flexible role that can be performed from your home or office. You must have Internet access and a driving license.

SKILLS REQUIRED

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to create, design and deliver marketing programs to support the development of the real estate brokerage company. This role requires an in depth knowledge of Pay Per Service’s products and market goals so as to take care of the company’s marketing requirements.

ABOUT PAY PER SERVICE

Pay Per Service is a real estate brokerage company that provides buy, sell, invest, lease services for residential and commercial properties. The company has very dynamic website and focus on online marketing for its services. Our main goal for hiring a digital marketing specialist is to establish and expand our in-house digital marketing team because currently, we outsource to a marketing agency that takes care of our marketing requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online advertising, web site design and social media.
  • Interfacing with marketing communications functions, including PR, events, retail and product marketing teams.
  • Building, managing and designing layouts of communications such as presentations, event support materials, newsletters, brochures and research papers.
  • Possessing and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. In depth knowledge of SEO and adwords programs.
  • Monitors and reports campaign metrics and presents analysis and results.
  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Presenting recommendations to Director of Marketing and Communications.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing related field.
  • Must have experience in digital marketing within the High Tech industry.

CORE COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

  • Fair experience in digital marketing,
  • Experience managing successful social media campaigns, and a good Knowledge of social marketing e.g. Facebook, Twitter, and others.
  • Good understanding of digital analytics and web metrics; must also have the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Immense experience providing effective and innovative digital campaigns.
  • Immense experience delivering various digital assets such as rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications e.g Hootsuite .
  • Experience providing digital campaigns for mainstream products and services.
  • Fair knowledge of using one of these applications:  Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, DreamWeaver,  Framemaker, HTML, HTML 5, CSS
  • Administration skills e.g. good oral and written communication skills.

TRAINING PROVIDED TO STUDENT

  • Training by the digital marketing agency
  • Training by the marketing director of the company
